Biography
I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor, coach,
hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and a person
living with ADHD. Since 2020, I’ve had the privilege of supporting
clients from all walks of life, helping them explore their inner
world and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
