Counsellor and Coach Directory
Our Counsellor and Coach Directory can help you find a professional whose experience and approach match the support you are looking for.
The directory includes counsellors, psychotherapists and coaches who work with a range of personal, emotional and practical challenges. Some offer specialist support for ADHD, neurodivergence, relationships, adoption, anxiety and other areas.
Use the alphabetical links or search facility to browse the directory. Each listing may include contact details, a website, location information and a short biography where available.
We recommend reading each profile and contacting the practitioner directly to ask about their services, qualifications, availability, fees and whether they offer online or face-to-face appointments.
Tristan Warr
Biography
Hello! I’m Tristan Warr, a qualified male counsellor in Yeovil,
Somerset, UK, with a passion for walking beside others through life’s
challenges and helping them discover new perspectives along the
way.
I offer in-person, in my counselling room or outdoor walking
(wheelchair accessible), and online therapy for individual adults.
Because I work with body language and non-verbal communication, I
tend to avoid phone-only sessions, which can miss those important
cues.
I focus on the following key areas:
anxiety & depression: worries about work,
family/relationships, social situations, self-confidence,
identity…
family, parenting, and relationship dynamics
neurodivergence: ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and many others.
faith & religion: meaning of life, spirituality, trauma related to
religious upbringing…
At the same time, I recognise that life rarely fits into clear categories,
and clients are welcome to bring whatever feels important to them.
Therapy is led by your needs, allowing space to explore both familiar
concerns and unexpected challenges as they arise.
I work in an integrative way, which means I use different types of
therapy depending on what feels right for you. Kind of like picking the
right tool for the job. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all in counselling.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation, so you can get a feel for how this
might work for you. No pressure, just a chance to connect and decide
if this feels right for you.
